Large fruit that can weigh up to one pound (450 grams) with an elongated and conical horn-like shape.

Ripens from green to red.

Thick and fleshy flesh with a mild flavor devoid of heat. It is most often used stuffed, it has the particularity of not releasing water during cooking, which is an asset compared to other varieties.

Plant with great development, green foliage with very large leaflets, white flower.

Good production in the second half of the season.
