Large, pink, beefsteak-like fruit weighing 300 to 500 grams. Variable in shape, mostly round, flattened and well ribbed at the shoulders, rippled at the shoulders for larger sizes. Depression at the peduncular attachment wide and deep, trace of umbilicus in depression girdled by a circle.
Firm and dense beef flesh with few seeds, excellent acid taste. Versatile variety suitable for cooking and sauce making as well as in salads.
