Fruit of 250 to 350 grams, beefsteak type, flattened at the poles, with more or less pronounced ribbing at the top and with rounded or even curved shoulders if the size is important.
Creamy white color with a blush of pink and pale yellow when ripening. Medium depression at the peduncular attachment. Tortured and corky umbilicus.
Very sweet and juicy flesh with a pleasant texture. Mild but excellent flavor, one of the best "white".
Variety resistant to shattering and abundant production.
It is one of the most beautiful varieties of "blanche" and probably the most "blanche"!
