Beefsteak-type fruit from 120 to 300 grams, flattened with ribbed and/or curved shoulders.

Creamy white color, sometimes green marks on the shoulders.

Ivory-coloured flesh with an excellent texture, sweet flavor and high sugar content, to be eaten raw or cooked.

Plant with medium development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.

Good seasonal harvests.
