Large beefsteak type fruit, 200 to 400 grams, round, flattened with curved shoulders for the largest of them.
Green color veiling itself in amber and purple pink when ripe, the shoulders remaining green.
Green beef flesh marbled with pink in the middle, velvety texture, exceptional flavor, complex but sweet with a hint of acidity.
Vigorous plant with a wide development that will have to be trained on several stems, indeterminate growth, potato-type foliage with large leaflets.
Excellent long and regular production from mid-season.
