Variety of Russian origin, presented at the Seed Savers Yearbook of 2009 and introduced in North America in 2015.
Large red fruit of 180 to 500 grams, slightly flattened beefsteak type, with shoulders that can be strongly ribbed and bounced. Very deep depression at the peduncular attachment.
Pink beef flesh with red marbling, dense and juicy, multi-logged. Very good flavor of old tomato.
Plant with great development, dense regular foliage and indeterminate growth.
Generous production in the second part of the season.
