Russian commercial variety, developed and introduced by CV Bioteknika of St Petersburg, with the aim of obtaining very big fruits of more than one kilo. Offered to the Seed Savers Yearbook of 2007 by Andrey Baranovski . Its name means "Golden Bubble".
Large fruit rarely exceeding 500 grams of beefsteak type, most often heart-shaped more or less blunt, ribbing more or less deep in the upper part.
Smooth skin, bright golden yellow color, at maturity the apical end is veiled with a pink blush. Clusters of 3 to 5 fruits.
Flesh of yellow ox marbled of pink with the sweetened savour. Exceptional taste.
Variety adapted to regions with cool summers and/or short seasons.
